Please read this document carefully The intent of this document is to stop you and others from prevailing on a claim or lawsuit against the Sunshine State Eggfest, LLC and the people that have helped put together this event. 1) I understand that I might get injured while at the Sunshine State Eggfest that is on March 9th & 10th 2012. 2) I have no idea what the consequences of my injury might be, but I am aware that the consequences could range anywhere from a little discomfort to death. 3) Even though I recognize the above, I hereby release the following people and entities from any claim for damages of any type, including claims for personal injury or death that occur during or arise from The Sunshine State Eggfest, even if the injury or death is the result of that person’s or entity’s negligence or even gross negligence!! 4) The people and entities that I hereby release are: a) Sunshine State Eggfest, LLC b) Any person or entity who is an agent, apparent agent, servant or employee of Sunshine State Eggfest, LLC. 5) I execute this release not only on my behalf, but for anyone else that might bring any claim as a result of my injuries including but not limited to the personal representative of my estate, my spouse, children or parents. 6) If any portion of this pre incident release is deemed invalid for any reason, I agree that all remaining portions of the release are enforceable, including remaining portions of any paragraph. *** BY COMPLETING THIS REGISTRATION FORM, YOU ATTEST THAT YOU HAVE READ THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER ***
